RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

  • All Sales Final: We stand by the quality of our products. Therefore, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Exchanges are permitted if there has been a mistake on our part.

  • Processing and Shipping Updates: You will not receive updates on your order during the processing time. Updates on your order status, including tracking information, will be provided after the item has been shipped.

  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit. We recommend opting for shipping insurance to safeguard your purchase.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. We will not be held liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No address changes can be made once your order has been placed.
